At first, I thought that committing to three times a week was way too much, but as I started to participate I realized that this time spent working on mindfulness was truly worth its weight in gold. You can bring these lessons with you everywhere you go. As a result, I find myself calmer, more focused and less reactive in my daily life. Give it a try, I promise you’ll get way more than you give.
